Nacha Daraio (Gesang) und Ezequiel Acosta (Bandoneon) ergänzen sich zu einem harmonischen Duo aus weichem Gesang und kraftvollem Bandoneon und verbinden junge Kunst mit altem Tango. Nacha und Ezequiel haben unser VIVA-la-VIDA-Festival 2022 eröffnet und kommen jetzt im April wieder für einen kurzen Besuch zu uns nach Ingolstadt. Dieses Mal haben sie auch noch einen Musikalitäts-Workshop zum Thema Tango und Bandoneon im Angebot (Unterrichtssprache Englisch):

Das Bandoneaon charakterisiert und prägt den Tango Argentino wie kein anderes Instrument.
Ein Workshop, eine kommunikative Vermittlung von Hintergrundinformationen, untermalt und veranschaulicht mit Livemusik:
Für Tänzer, für Musiker, und für alle Tango-Liebhaber, die den Zusammenhang von Tango & Bandoneon verstehen lernen wollen;

The bandoneon is the characteristic instrument of the Tango. In this event, we will address the historical context of creation, the particularities of the instrument, the evolution, and the new challenges for those who take part in the world of tango.

THE TANGO
Argentinean history at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Migration and music. History of tango. Past, Present, and Future. Musical styles: tango, waltz, milonga. Beginnings, golden age, consolidation, and resurgence of tango.

HISTORY OF THE BANDONEON. „From Germany to Argentina“.
Context of creation of the instrument in middle-19th century Germany. Arrival in Argentina and its role in Tango. Evolution of the tango musical groups: the influence of the bandoneon.

THE BANDONEON PLAYER IN THE MUSICAL EXECUTION
Basic rudiments for the accompaniment of singers. The bandoneon player and its role as session musician of singers. Characteristic accompaniments of the different orchestras. The dance floor: keys to sustaining the rhythm.

THE MILONGA SCENE AND THE TANGO DANCE: LIVE WORKSHOP WITH BANDONEON AND VOICE ACCOMPANIMENT TO DEVELOP THE DANCE PRACTICE FROM THE MUSICAL LISTENING.
Connecting with the dance through listening.
The dance floor: keys to sustaining the rhythm.
Markings: marcattos, syncopations, the accent on the strong pulse 2 and 4, the 3.3.2, etc. The importance of silence, Calderon, and pause.
